My experience with ColorbarTimeless Filling and Lifting Compact:

Packaging:

The product comes in a box which has two compartments, the upper one has the product and the lower one has a powder puff.

Texture/consistency:

A very smooth and mattifying compact.

Fragrance:

A powdery cosmetic fragrance that is hardly noticeable.

Experience:

The compact claims to have hyaluronic acid which fills up and lifts the skin. The powder is a pressed one which has no shimmer or sheen to it. The puff, however, takes up too much product so I use another one with this compact. The powder can be used to set makeup and it does a good job at keeping it in place. It gives an even and smooth finish to the skin and doesn’t get patchy. Soft opal is a shade which absolutely suits fair people too if you want your exact skin tone however if you want to buy one shade up then choose the 01 shade. The reason why I chose 02 was that I use it more as a base rather than setting powder. It gives excellent coverage that’s buildable.

What did I like about the product?

1. Mattifying powder
2. Keeps oil off the face for a few hours
3. Sets the makeup well
4. Excellent coverage that is buildable
5. No signs of patching
6. Fills in the gaps in the skin like the pores

What didn't I like about the product?

1. The puff is nice
2. The product is a bit pricey for a pressed powder

Would I recommend?

Well even though it’s on the higher end in terms of price I would recommend this because it can be used as a base, provide coverage and makes the skin look smooth and plumb
