My experience with Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

Packaging

It comes in a cute plastic transparent tub with a silver cap, that has a mirror like a top. It has to be used with bare hands, hence increases chances of contamination. It is sturdy, has a stopper inside, so pretty travel-friendly

Colour and texture

It has a very light orangish pink color and has a gel crème texture which is absorbed easily by the skin.

Fragrance

It has a very weird smell, of chemicals or something, I definitely can’t call it a fragrance.

Experience

I had seen many great reviews about this product, but I was skeptical, seeing the price. But for once, I just decided to save up some money and invest it in skin care and that is the reason I purchased this Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief creme. The texture, as it claims, is gel-like, creamy, easily absorbed by the skin, soft and light-weight. It is a pretty light orange in color. It has a weird fragrance and I can actually call it fragrance-free. It needs to be used with bare hands, hence increases chances of contamination. I originally purchased this for myself, but my mom loved this too. Off late, I have really dry skin, just on my cheeks due to a few pimples, here and there. I used this once in the night, after washing my face thoroughly, and observed that my skin wasn’t flaky and dry anymore the next morning. It was well moisturized and hydrated. I used it regularly for 2 weeks and noticed that my pimple marks (the ones that aren’t very deep) had lightened. I was pretty happy. But for the price, the quantity is really less. In all, if you are looking for a luxury skin care product, that moisturizes your skin and you are ok to invest in this, go ahead and buy the product.

This is a pretty expensive product, I don’t know how long this would last, also, I don’t know if these results are temporary or permanent, i.e will the results go away if I stop using the product or not, depending on that, I will decide whether I purchase or not.
