What is it and who is it for? The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Body Butter is a body moisturizer. Being body butter it is heavier than lotions and sorbets. This product is suitable for all skin types and is especially targeted at people with very dry skin.

Since it is body butter, it is advised to be used immediately after the bath. Giving it some time to sink in, before dressing up for the day.

Where To Use It In Your Beauty Regimen :

Use it as a daily after bath moisturizer. You can also apply it as and when required on dry patches. Avoid using on the face, as it is very heavy.

My Experience with The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Body Butter:

This body butter comes in a sturdy tub packaging. I feel that the packaging is travel-friendly but definitely not hygienic. Every time you use the product, you have to dig in your fingers! That’s seriously not good!! I suggest you use a spatula or a small spoon to take out the product every time. That will ensure no bacteria develop in the tub.

Coming to the texture, this body butter is really thick. But not creamy thick, it is more of a cold butter consistency. This body butter needs to be rubbed in for a few minutes.It does not sink in immediately. So applying this in a rush is not advised. Having said that, it is a very good moisturizer. Being thick, it is really concentrated and really softens dry skin and dry patches. For those with very dry skin, I recommend using it at least twice a day, to see a significant difference.

Now, the specialty of Body Shop products is their unique natural fragrance that lasts long. This body butter is no exception. But at the same time, it is not the usual fragrance that everyone will like. I strongly recommend, you but this product only if you like the fragrance at the store!

Finally, I feel it is a unis*x product. It can be used by guys too. So that is an added plus point.
