Shah Jeera or Cumin Seeds Benefits: I remember using cumin seeds to scrub off the dead cells from my face. Surprised? Well yes, there are certain ingredients in our kitchen that can be used on hair or skin for some amazing purposes in addition to their traditional health benefits. This magical kitchen ingredient can either be used as a seed or in its powdered form. Cumin is a great ingredient for the digestive system that I knew but I did not know it is such good for insomnia and bronchitis..
