  3. After that take out the seeds and grind them in a grinder to obtain fenugreek seed paste.
  4. Mix this paste in a glass of water.
  5. Drink this mixture immediately.
  6. Do this 2 to 3 times daily for three days.

Mint – Honey Remedy

Ingredients:
  1. Freshly extracted mint juice – 1 teaspoon
  2. Fresh lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  3. Honey – 1 teaspoon
  4. Warm water – 1 cup
Procedure:
  1. Take a cup of warm water.
  2. Add mint juice, lemon juice, and honey to it.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drink the mixture immediately.
  5. Repeat this twice daily.

Lemon – Black tea Remedy

Ingredients:
  1. Tea powder – 1 teaspoon
  2. Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  3. Water – 1 cup
  4. Honey – 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
  1. Take a saucepan and add tea powder and a cup of water in
  2. Bring it to boil.
  3. Simmer it for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the flame and strain the tea.
  5. Now add lemon juice and honey to the tea.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Drink the tea.
  8. Drink this tea at least thrice a day for effective results.

  7. Wash your feet with warm water the next morning.
  8. Do it regularly before going to bed.

  1. Aloe Vera gel – 2 teaspoon
  2. Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon

  1. Soak your feet for 15 minutes in a tub full of warm water.

  1. Take a bowl and mix both coconut and tea tree oil in it.

  3. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
  4. Do this every night before going to bed.
Epsom Salt Remedy
Ingredients
  1. Epsom salt – 1 tablespoon
  2. Lemon juice – ½ cup
  3. Rosewater – 2 teaspoon
  4. Glycerine – 2 tablespoon
Procedure
  1. Take a tub and fill it with warm water.
  2. Add Epsom salt, lemon juice, glycerine, and rose water to it.
  3. Stir the water to dissolve all the ingredients in the water.
  4. Soak your feet for about 15-20 minutes in the tub.
  5. Scrub your feet especially the heels with a pumice stone to remove the dead tissue.
  6. Now take a bowl and mix 1 teaspoon glycerine and 1 teaspoon rosewater in it.
  7. Apply this mixture on your feet.
  8. Wear socks and leave it overnight.
  9. Wash it off with lukewarm water the next morning.

  2. Add water to the pan so as to immerse all the pieces completely.
  3. Put the pan on flame and boil the water.
  4. Now blend these pumpkin pieces to obtain a smooth paste.
  5. Take a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of the pumpkin puree in it.
  6. Now add honey and milk to the bowl.
  7. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a uniform paste.
  8. Apply this paste on your face and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  9. Rinse with lukewarm water.
  10. Repeat it twice a week.
Gram Flour – Yoghurt Remedy
Ingredients:
  1. Gram flour – 2 tablespoon
  2. Yogurt – 3 teaspoon

  1. Take a handful of neem leaves and wash them.
