12 Amazing Beauty Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar 2

I firmly believe that homemade, simple tricks we use in daily life for our skin are way better than expensive, chemicalized products. Apple Cider Vinegar is one of them. It has proven skin benefits, amazing skin benefits, to be precise – so much so that Apple Cider Vinegar coupled with Vitamin E is called the fountain of youth!

Read on, and you’ll be surprised at just how easy it can make a life.

  1. Foot Soak

I will start with something I have already mentioned in one of my previous posts. The Listerine Foot Soak gets even better upon adding the vinegar. It gives a bit of tingling feel and works amazingly in clearing out the bacteria while smothering your feet. That Foot Soak is literally the solution to all your foot problems.

  1. Acne

Just dab some vinegar on your pimples and let it work towards drying them out and balancing your pH level. And there you have your acne treatment.

  1. Dark Spots

Applying vinegar to them stubborn dark spots will surely lighten and gradually remove them. It works better than most remedies out there, but still, be patient.

  1. Toner

Apply it on your face, mixed in parts with water, as you would your toner. It will shrink the pores and give your face a shiny glow. The smell can be a bit much – but hey, think of all the wonderful benefits.

  1. Lotion

Whatever lotion you use, add a few drops of Apple Cider Vinegar to it, and get beautiful, smooth skin. It will enhance your lotion.

  1. Sunburn

Skin burnt by the sun is a common problem in summers. But fret not; the cooling effects of Apple Cider Vinegar are here for the rescue. Apply with fingers, cotton ball or even spray onto the affected area in good quantity for relief from the sunburn.

  1. Conditioner

Shampoo your hair, mix equal parts vinegar with water and apply on wet hair like a conditioner. Rinse after a minute or two. It not only brings shine and smoothness to hair, it also rids it off dandruff!

  1. Ingrown Hair

One of the downsides of constantly epilating body hair is the risk of ingrown hair, which we get more often than not. Apply vinegar directly on the nasty bumps and it will soothe them out, much like it works on the sunburn.

  1. Deodorant

I, for one, am tired of Deodorants which neither provides the anti-antiperspirant properties they promised nor cover up the odor.

This is, I believe, the best use of the Apple Cider Vinegar. Applying some vinegar to your underarms will completely cover up the odor. It will have its usual strong smell when you apply it and it’s still wet. But as soon as it dries, the smell will be gone, and along with it will be any sort of odor you might have. You will still sweat, but it will cover up the odor. Goodbye, deodorants!

  1. Nails

Mix equal parts vinegar with water and soak your nails in for 10 minutes. Wash off. This will heal your nails from the extreme torture of nail paints, dust, and dirt, washing, and cleaning.

  1. Teeth Whitening

It helps in achieving those pearly white teeth by simply gargling the vinegar after you brush. Yes, it is that easy.

  1. Stinky Hands

I know this one isn’t exactly a beauty hack. But I don’t see it any less than one. Our hands tend to smell after working in the kitchen – Garlic, Onion, the spices. And that is not what you want to carry to a party or Office.

Wash your hands in water after applying a tsp of vinegar on them to get rid of the stink.

What a lifesaver! How is everyone not using it in everything they do? Everyone should have a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar in their homes at all times.
